Family bodies, also known as Station Wagon or ranchera are an evolution of the sedans. The third volume takes the dimensions of the rest of the body to merge with the passenger compartment. A relative is always more practical and roomier than its four- or five-door counterpart. In Spain until recently they have gone unnoticed, but they are becoming more common. In countries like Germany or Sweden these bodies are more common.
