This is what the new 2024 Ford Transit Nugget are like: with the house on their backs!

The new generation of the American camper is enriched with important aesthetic, technical and equipment innovations. Specifically, it adds to the catalog a new Active version (inspired by the successful SUV style) that you see on these lines painted in blue or the new long wheelbase variant, available in both Active and Titanium finishes, providing even more interior space and more storage options.

Without a doubt, the most interesting thing about this type of model is found behind closed doors. And, in addition to the seats with resistant fabric or the advanced technology that we can find in any other Ford with Active finish, the Transit Nugget incorporates a wide list of elements that allow us to enjoy some vacation days as freely as possible.

Good examples of this are the stationary heating that makes it possible to decorate the cabin no matter what season of the year we are in, the kitchen area with a countertop, sink and drawers to store utensils, a water heater that complements the above, an interior living room with front armchairs. rotating wheels, the large-capacity refrigerator or the exterior awning that allows us mount a small terrace next to the right profile of the vehicle.

Of course, the icing on the cake is the upper bed for two people that we get opening the removable roof. As for the engines, the new Transit Custom Nugget can be associated with a 170 HP EcoBlue diesel engine with automatic transmission and optional all-wheel drive or a plug-in hybrid system similar to that of the Kuga PHEV. That is, it combines a 2.5 gasoline Atkinson cycle engine with an 11,8 kWh battery and an additional electric motor that produce a total of 233 HP.
