Yesterday the seventh edition of Suzuki LitrosXKilos was held and the collection was no less than 3.660 kilos of food basic necessities, which will go to the most needy families through the Foundation. This year the tests were carried out with the Suzuki Vitara Strong Hybrid and Suzuki S-Cross Mild Hybrid models. The test route is 57,3 kilometers and we had a maximum time of 65 minutes to complete it.

But in this seventh editionIn addition, we have had other news. For example, they invited the participants to get as many likes as possible on our social networks and, at the same time, the brand launched its own campaign on its networks. Each like would translate into a kilo of food.

With 3.660 kilos of food collected, this 7th edition breaks the record number of all those held so far.

In our case, we compete with a Suzuki Vitara hybrid, which has an approved consumption of 5,8 l/100 km. We shared the car with Luis Reyes, from Autonoción, and we managed to reduce consumption to 4,1 liters per 100. The record with the same vehicle as us was achieved by Luis Ramos and Máximo Sant, with a consumption of 3,8 l/100 km. The reduction in consumption data compared to the official value has been 34,5%.

For their part, other colleagues did the same with the suzuki s-cross Mild Hybrid, which has an approved WLTP consumption of 5,9. The winners were Julián Corrales and Fernando Carrión, with an average consumption of 4,1 liters per 100 kilometers. In this case, they reduced the approved figure by 30,5%.

Suzuki Motor Iberian, with this year's delivery, has donated to the Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Madrid more than 25 tons, a small grain of sand that helps the food bank serve more than 180.000 people (more than 7.000 infants) each year at risk of social exclusion through 565 charities.
