Technical characteristics of the Mercedes GLC Coupe
As we have already mentioned, the Mercedes GLC Coupé is located within the same family as the C-Class. Both share the platform, and in turn it is the same one that is used in other models of the house such as the Mercedes EQC. But in this case it has undergone minor modifications to adapt to its status as an SUV coupé. This implies a change in external measures, superior to those of the GLC.

Mechanical range and gearboxes of the Mercedes GLC Coupé
When it comes to mobilizing the GLC, Mercedes has opted for an offer that includes blocks of four or six cylinders in line and a V8. The range is made up of three diesel versions, five gasoline versions and two plug-in hybrids, one diesel and one gasoline.. The GLC 300 e 4MATIC enjoys a combined power of 320 horsepower and an electric range of 50 kilometres. The 300MATIC GLC 4 has 306 horsepower and 45 kilometers of 100% electric autonomy. The most radical of the range is the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ that raises performance to 510 horsepower. All units come with all-wheel drive and a nine-speed automatic gearbox.
Equipment of the Mercedes GLC Coupe

All passengers will enjoy the premium experience, although it is the rear occupants who will suffer from the lower roofline. As with the GLC, the Mercedes GLC Coupe is an expensive car to buy. That is why many potential clients opt for secondary sales channels. In these years the GLC Coupé has managed to gain great popularity, and therefore the depreciation percentage is low, lower than that of its rivals. Second-hand units keep sales prices high.
If we take a look at the second-hand market we see how the cheapest units date from the years 2016 and 2017. Prices start at figures close to 40.000 euros. In his favor, he says that few units exceed 50 thousand accumulated kilometers. The Km 0 channel is less popular because of prices that remain high. All available units enjoy the restyling applied in 2019.
Rivals of the Mercedes GLC Coupe
When talking about rivals to the GLC Coupé, we must take into account its sportier design format and its premium character. Although his brother the GLC has before him a long list of direct rival models, in the GLC it significantly reduces the list of opponents. In it we find other premium models such as the BMW X4. This is, without a doubt, the most direct opponent to which the GLC Coupé has to stand up. Both have that sports line and both are in the same size and price range.. No other premium manufacturer has an SUV with a coupé line in the D segment. In a lower step of size, capabilities and qualities we can find the Audi Q3 Sportback.
