Dream Garage: Carlos

The garage of my dreams!!!

Very well, I had to analyze a lot to choose five cars that I would like to have parked in my garage. Issues such as fuel economy, power, performance, types of vehicles and my personal taste, were taken into account to choose these cars, although I must admit that the taste for the car was the determining factor to include them in the list.

My dream garage stands out in essence for being made up of several large cars, highly functional for All Terrain, since these are certainly the type of vehicles that most attract my attention and are appropriate for where I live, since they offer great power and strength to travel on roads nestled in mountains, in which excellent traction is needed more than speed and speed.

Therefore, these are the five cars that occupy my dreams and that I hope one day, very soon by the way, to be able to drive through the streets of my city and on the roads of my country:

1.     Land Rover Defender: Without a doubt, history recognizes this car as one of the most popular SUVs in the world, which has been produced since 1948 in its original model Land Rover Series I, and over the years it has become a model that combines elegance and total 4-wheel drive. The Land Rover Defenders that are manufactured today have the engine in the front and their traction is rear on a regular basis with the possibility of expanding the 4-wheel drive. The performance of this car is so good that it is used for safaris and expeditions, as emergency cars and for assistance services in remote places where the state of the roads is deplorable.

 2.     RAM Dodge: This truck is an icon of large cars and suitable for loading materials and for traveling over any terrain weather. This wonderful car has been manufactured by Chrysler since 1981 and has had a more than acceptable acceptance by the public around the world, becoming its own brand far from its parent company, which receives the name of RAM Trucks and that by several years it has received awards for the car of the year in countries such as the US.

 3.     Jeep Renegade: This was an innovative design in the 70s, which had its boom in the 80s and was widely spread throughout the world, giving a vision of a completely sporty All-Terrain car, suitable for taking to the beach or traveling through adverse roads. Even for me, this concept car is still innovative, as it offers a fresh vision to those who drive it and is based on an engineering that has evolved on its own since the Jeep Willys used openly in the main wars of the XNUMXth century. Needless to say, a car that endured so much abuse in WWII and Vietnam, later becoming a road model, is a totally reliable car to have parked in the garage.

4.     Ford Mustangs: An icon among icons. This is the car that not only me, but anyone would like to have in their garage. Regardless of the model, the Mustang has created a culture that embraces car lovers who want a sports car and Coupe with a big engine, which are usually cars configured with V6 and V8 engines. Although the most popular model in sales of this car was the Mustang 65, I want to highlight the Thunderbird 57 as my own taste, which with its classic style and beautiful cut inspired a model that has a special reason for being: The Power.

5.     Fiat 500: Although I am a tall person, 1.85 meters tall, and my legs do not fit very well in this car, especially in its classic models from the 60s (and which in my country are known as the "Topolino"); this vehicle in particular has always aroused my interest due to its unique and special design. Likewise, the Fiat 500 family that has been presented in recent years, and which will soon have a fifth member in an SUV version, is the evolution of this small and friendly model that, in terms of engine and propulsion system, evolves much more every day, leaving the 500 in history to be configured with more powerful 900cc engines in more current designs.

Fiat 500

With any of these cars I would be really happy to drive through the streets of my city and take eight hours of driving to visit my mother. Well, I would really like the Fiat 500 more as a trophy than as a functional car, while the Mustang would be the perfect monument to always remember how perfect these machines can be, that's why we all always want more than one.
