Until now, the Citroën C4 range was made up of three finishes (Live, Live Edition and Feel Edition) and four engines (two 1.2 PureTech 110 and 130 hp petrol and two 1.6 BlueHDi 100 and 120 hp diesel). However, the bulk of sales were taken by the first two mechanics of each range, so keeping undemanded versions in production is not profitable for the brand or its accounts.
Taking into account the evolution that the model has undergone, Citroën has decided leave the C4 range in the following way. All the previous finishes disappear and only the "Tonic" ending. The engines available from now on will be two, the 1.2 PureTech 110 hp in gasoline and 1.6 BlueHDi 100 hp in diesel. Therefore, the automatic gearboxes and other elements that did exist before disappear.
