Mazda main sponsor at Tomorrowland 2017

Mazda Tomorrow Land

Regarded as one of the one of the best electronic music festivals in the world, it welcomes more than 400.000 people of 75 different nationalities. This is Tomorrowland. Located in the city of Boom, near Antwerp, for ten days, this year's edition brings together the best DJs in the world. The Japanese firm Mazda, which has been sponsoring the event for three consecutive years, did not want to miss this edition together with the DJ Lost Frequencies as ambassador.

During the ten days that the event lasts, from July 20 to July 30, the Japanese brand will have the Mazda Zone and the Mazda Sound of Tomorrow Island stage installed at the festival, which will serve to celebrate the union between cars and music, and that the brand expresses with its Jinba Ittai, a Japanese word that describes the union of the horse with the man, and that they try to recreate in their MX-5.

Mazda inspires Lost Frequencies

Felix De Laet, commonly known as Lost Frequencies, is a Belgian DJ. He is one of the star artists of the huge lineup that makes up Tomorrowland, but he is also the brand ambassador at the Boom festival. As he confessed, his songs are inspired when he drives a Mazda.

Last year, the Japanese brand presented the contest «Mazda Drives: The Sound of Tomorrow» aimed at young European artists who competed to gain a place on the Mazda stage to be able to play live. In that contest, Lost Frequencies mentored the finalists.

This year, several of the participants return to Tomorrowland hand in hand with the Japanese driving the new MX-5 RF -with a hard top- and the brand's small SUV, the CX-3. Undoubtedly a beautiful story for all of them, who will be able to enjoy the largest electronic festival in the world.
