El Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake it is a car that brings together the qualities of elegant design, sporty styling and practical bodywork. Within the compact range of the brand, it is probably the most complete body of all. As you know, a few months ago the second generation of the CLA Shooting Brake was publicly presented. Now, It is now available.
Well, the truth is that it hits the market during the next month of September, but the truth is that the star firm has already released the complete technical data and the price for Spain of the first versions. Upon arrival it will be available with five different mechanics, three gasoline and two diesel.
Mechanical offer of the Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake
The version of access to the Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake is the CLA 180. This 1.332 cubic centimeter gasoline engine develops a power of 136 hp, as well as a maximum torque of 200 Nm between 1.460 and 4.000 laps. Its starting price is 32.550 euros and it comes with a manual transmission. the variant CLA 200 uses the same 1.3-liter engine, but gives 163 hp and 250 Nm (between 1.620 and 4.000 rpm), linking up with the 7G-DCT box.
The top of the range, for the moment (until the AMGs are available) is the CLA 250 4Matic. It gives 224 hp at 5.500 laps, while its maximum torque is 350 Nm between 1.800 and 4.000. It is combined with the 4Matic all-wheel drive and the 7G-DCT box. Its price is 46.725 euros.
The diesel family uses a 1.950 cc engine block in two different versions, both associated with the 8G-DCT automatic transmission. The CLA 200 d gives 150 hp and 320 Nm of torque (between 3.400 and 4.400 rpm), with a price of 39.650 euros. For his part, the CLA 220 d delivers 190 CV and 400 Nm (between 1.600 and 2.600), having a starting price of 43.425 euros.
