After the successful years of hyundai ix35, it is time to give way to Hyundai Tucson. The third generation of the Korean SUV recovers its original name and is presented with a completely renewed design as the most visible argument, although it also includes a varied mechanical offer and a series of equipment that make this Hyundai Tucson a much more advanced model.
The new Hyundai Tucson will have a base price for the Spanish market of 18.670 euros with gasoline engine and the simplest finish. The range and possibilities of the model are so wide that the price of the top-of-the-range model is more than double the basic model, with a range that stops at no less than 39.060 euros.
While the range of equipment will be structured in the Essence, Klass, Tecno and Style levels, five different engines are contemplated. In gasoline, the naturally aspirated 1.6 GDi engine with 135 hp is offered, always with 4×2 drive and manual gearbox. The 1.6 TGDi delivers 176 hp thanks to supercharging and it is associated with 4×4 traction and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The diesel offer is more varied, starting with the 1.7 hp 115 CRDi with front-wheel drive and manual transmission. The 2.0 CRDi with 136 hp it can have front or all-wheel drive, as well as a 6-speed automatic gearbox (depending on finishes). As top of the range we find the 2.0 of 184 horses with 4×4 traction and automatic transmission.
