All the engines of the new Corsa are of PSA origin, like is logic. The input mechanics is a 1.2 petrol with 75 CV (only with 5-speed manual gearbox) and atmospheric intake. Also gasoline and with 1.2 liters, although with turbo, there will be a variant of 100 CV and 205 Nm of torque (6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic), as well as another higher 130 CV and 230 Nm (only with 8-speed automatic gearbox).
This latest 130 hp variant will be, for the time being, the most powerful of the model. Thanks to its lightness it is faster than the previous 150 hp Corsa, now passing from 0 to 100 km / h in 8,7 seconds and reaching a top speed of 208 km/h.
In the case of customers who prefer a Diesel engine, they can only opt for the block 1.5 of 100 hp and 250 Nm. It has several systems and elements to minimize its environmental impact, such as NOx catalyst, AdBlue, SCR catalyst and particulate filter; all this in a very compact block.
For those who want a more sporty style, the GS Line finish It will be your choice. has many details exterior such as specific bumpers, gloss black B-pillars, wheels, or chrome tailpipe, while in the front sports seats, aluminum pedals, digital panel, black roof or red decoration stand out.
