The new Mercedes Vito is prepared by Hartmann

Vans were born as transport vehicles, but they have become more and more civilized and are now very good alternatives to minivans, with high levels of safety and the possibility of equipping the same as many sedans. It is the case of the new mercedes vito, a van that, together with its most luxurious version, the Class V, has undergone a great qualitative leap. This type of vehicle also attracts the attention of the trainers and on this occasion the Germans from Hartmann show us their vision of the Mercedes Vito.

The company specialized in preparations modifies the new Mercedes van both aesthetically and mechanically. In the images we can see the most striking changes, because in case we did not realize they are painted in a very striking lime green. The front and rear skirts and the skirts made of ABS plastic are a way to give this model a sportier look, together with 20″ alloy wheels with 245/40 tires painted in black with green contours. Greater visual impact is achieved with a suspension lowered by 30 millimeters.

The sporty appearance of the exterior is finished off with the double chrome exhaust outlet, which will be in charge of expelling the gases from the most powerful engine in the range, although not being enough Hartmann also presents an increase in power. Specifically, the 2.2 diesel engine with 190 horsepower and 440 Nm of torque improves its specifications to 224 hp and 505 Nm. Less powerful engines can also be upgraded.

Inside the changes are very discreet and are limited to the piano black inserts on the dashboard, which improve the feeling of quality (quite a far cry from that of the impressive V-Class), new mats and door sills with the signature of Hartmann Tuning. . Aluminum sports pedals complete the set.
