The BMW X1 already has a price: From 41.700 euros

In the middle of this year 2022 we were able to see and learn, live, during a static presentation, the new generation of BMW X1. It is a vital car for the Bavarian brand, as reflected in its high sales volumes since its first release, back in 2009.

Now BMW has published the official prices for your compact SUV model, which we detail below. To put ourselves in a situation, this new BMW X1 is the direct rival of other similar premium cars, such as the Listen Q3, Mercedes GLA or Volvo XC40.

For the moment, the mechanical range of the BMW X1 is not too extensive, although it is enough to cover the needs of the vast majority of customers of this product. Later the offer will be expanded with more versions, including plug-in hybrid variants and the fully electric BMW iX1, with 313 hp and a 64,7 kWh battery.

At the moment, two diesel engines and as many gasoline

Focusing on the present, the compact SUV from the German firm begins its sales with four different engines, two are gasoline and the same number are diesel. In the same way, two have a slight electrical support (microhybrids) that give them the eco label of the General Directorate of Traffic.

En gasoline we have the versions called X1 sDrive18i and X1 sDrive20i. In both cases they have simple traction to the front train, yielding 136 and 170 CV respectively. The most powerful is microhybrid.

Meanwhile, the offer diesel It is made up of variants BMW X1 sDrive18d and xDrive20d, developing 150 and 163 hp. Again, the one with the highest power has a slight electrical support. It goes without saying that the xDrive20d does have four-wheel drive, as its trade name indicates.

Regarding the Prices, it is striking that there are few differences between the different mechanics. But it is even more surprising that the 150 hp diesel variant is 800 euros cheaper than the cheapest gasoline, something unusual.
